Position :
Part-Time Pre-License Real Estate Instructor

Duties:
Provide instruction to postsecondary students desiring to become licensed real estate sales agents.  Must be willing to teach two quarters a year and become certified by the state Real Estate Commission.

Qualifications:
Licensed Realtor; Brokerage License required; teaching experience a plus.  Both day and evening positions available.

Salary/Benefits :
$25 per hour.  This position does not include state benefits.
